During the 2022–2023 school year, our after-school enrichment program will only be open to currently enrolled Nueva students.
Taught by a mix of Nueva faculty and Bay Area specialists, Nueva Enrichment offers students the opportunity to take a deep dive into a specialized area of study. During enrichment, students are provided an opportunity to pursue an activity they are passionate about outside of school hours.
No previous experience is required to join any of Nueva's enrichment classes. We welcome both curious beginners and students with pre-established passions! Please note that all classes will run based on achieving sufficient enrollment.
Session 3 of our after-school enrichment program is now open for registration. The session will run Monday, January 9 through Thursday, March 16. You can take a look at the list of classes below.
The afterschool enrichment program has fun and engaging classes for students in grades K–8, Monday through Friday, from 3:30 pm to 4:30 p.m. Our goal for our enrichment program is provide our students with fun options to explore big ideas and new skills.
We understand parents’ and students’ schedules are busy and can change from week to week. In order to better address our community’s needs, we have moved to offering four quarters of enrichment classes, ranging in length from six to ten weeks. We made this shift both to provide more choice over the course of the year and align with our athletics seasons, allowing more students to join in the fun.
Our enrichment teachers are compensated on the number of students enrolled in each class. In order to run a class, classes must have a minimum number of students. While we may be able to offer some flexibility, we do not provide refunds after the second week of class.
