The Middle School physical education program consists of individual and team-building activities that develop skills and confidence in a noncompetitive and nurturing environment. Classes emphasize lifelong fitness, sportsmanship, and risk-taking through a wide range of organized activities. Middle School P.E. facilities include a multiuse blacktop court, a sports field, a state-of-the-art gymnasium, and a twenty-five-foot climbing wall.
Middle School students build endurance, flexibility, strength and agility through a variety of activities and sports: cooperative games, flag football, volleyball, basketball, soccer, badminton, table tennis, street hockey, paddle tennis/pickle ball, softball, and climbing.
