The performing and visual arts are a central part of every student's experience at Nueva. In grades preK–8, students are exposed to a wide variety of art forms, including visual arts, music, dance, musical theater, and drama. From our established classroom arts curriculum to our Lower School's Choice program and the Middle School's Electives program, students can follow their individual artistic passions throughout their time at Nueva. Celebrating performance, inquiry, experimentation, exploration, and personal expression, Nueva students are given the freedom to experiment within a wide range of artistic mediums as they develop and grow their individual creativity.
