Student Initiated Projects

It’s a happening place to be on Mondays at lunch. Over 40 students forgo their beloved forts and other recess activities to come to the Innovation Lab and invent.

This fifth grader comes in each week to figure out this Japanese marble rollercoaster. The instructions are in Japanese, so he is using his own engineering skills to figure out how to make the marble do interesting things.

The student above is eager to learn how to use Adobe Illustrator and the LaserCAMM cutting machine.
