ILC_right_logoBsmEvery other year, we offer one of the nation's premier educational conferences right here on our own campus, featuring over 50 world-renowned speakers, researchers, and published authors. This year's conference will take place on Friday, October 21, 2011.

More than 75% of this year's speakers are new to the conference and will present cutting-edge topics on 21st century education. Registration fees are the same low prices we've had for six years ($195 before 9/27, $250 thereafter) and group discounts are available, as are scholarships for teachers. We anticipate that the conference will once again sell out and encourage you to register today.

Based on the 1862 novel by Victor Hugo, the musical is one of the most successful of all time. It premiered in London in 1985, opened on Broadway in 1987 and, since then, has been performed in 196 cities and 14 languages. It follows the life of Jean Valjean who, over the course of decades in the early part of 19th century France, grows from being a petty thief to a hero in every sense of the word. The musical (and the novel) contain some of the epic universal themes of the weak struggling against the mighty, the strength needed to do the right thing when it is the more difficult, and the difference between morals and laws, all played out in the context of revolutionary Paris of 1832.
